THE ISLAND OF THE SHARK Guardians of Malpelo
I had the privilege of being the video editor for Island of the Shark, Guardians of Malpelo. Working closely with the filmmaker Annie Crawley, I helped create an engaging narrative that showcases the heroic efforts of a small group of people protecting this sanctuary from illegal fisherman.
a bit about me
Hey there! I’m a video creator with 15+ years in the game, working across editing, directing, and live production. I’ve picked up a few awards along the way and have had the chance to work with some amazing brands like Microsoft, Samsung, Nike, Spotify, Dell, and Pacific Science Center, to name a few.
I also run Enlightened Immersive, an AR/VR studio where we build fun, interactive experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling and tech.
When I’m not on a shoot or in the edit bay, I teach post-production and After Effects at Seattle Central Creative Academy as an adjunct professor helping students sharpen their skills and find their creative voice.
I’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual style, and I love collaborating to bring ideas to life. Whether it's directing, filming, managing production assets, building motion graphics, or editing under tight deadlines, I’m all about delivering work that’s creative and on point.
